The Missouri-based group the American Wild Ensemble celebrates the people, places, and stories that shape American history and culture through the commission and performance of new music. Their new project honors and reflects the 200 year history of Missouri. We’ll listen to three of their recent commissions on this week's episode of Sound Currents.
This week's guests include composer Ingrid Stölzel with co-founders of the American Wild Ensemble, Emlyn Johnson and Daniel Ketter.
