On this Classical KC Concert Hall broadcast, enjoy selections from Summerfest's 2023 season including works by Charles Martin Loeffler, Henriëtte Bosmans, Joseph Bologne and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Experience some of Kansas City's best classical musicians in performance with Classical KC's broadcast of Stanislav and Friends 2024 presented by Park University's International Center for Music. Stanislav Ioudenitch, Behzod Abduraimov, Mikhail Voskresensky, the Kansas City Chamber Orchestra and Park ICM students and faculty take the stage to perform works by Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Brahms and Poulenc.

Experience some of Kansas City's best classical musicians in performance with Classical KC's broadcast of 'Stanislav and Friends 2023' presented by the Park University's International Center for Music. Maria Ioudenitch, Behzod Abduraimov and others take the stage to perform works by Amy Beach, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Modest Mussorgsky and more. Also, Stanislav Ioudenitch performs Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 with Andres Franco and the Kansas City Chamber Orchestra.

Ensemble Ibérica is the Kansas City-based, globe trotting group of musicians under the direction of Beau Bledsoe. Beau has curated a selection of some of his favorite live performances from the group's diverse concerts. We'll hear classical and folkloric music from Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia and other musically rich places.

Classical KC takes you inside the Community of Christ Temple in Independence, Missouri for a June 2023 performance by the Liberty Community Chorus: ”Then Sings My Soul.” During this special 20th anniversary concert, we’ll hear the chorus, under the direction of Bryan Taylor, organist Jan Kraybill and other assembled musicians perform a diverse selection of choral works.

Grab a seat in between the enormous black and white marble columns inside Kirkwood Hall at the Nelson-Atkins Museums of Art and enjoy a performance by the Grammy Award-winning Kansas City Chorale.
